Quia has set up usernames & passwords for all Upper Merion students. Teachers can easily assemble class rosters in Quia by typing a few letters of the student's last name and selecting from a list.
Teachers can add new students and change passwords for students if that becomes necessary.
When students log in, they can see the activities and quizzes that teachers have assigned in all of their classes.
Teachers have several tools to assist with test security, including randomizing question order, randomizing answer order, and randomly selecting equivalent questions from a question bank.
Teachers can choose question types that are self-grading (T-F, multiple choice, etc.) or types that require teacher grading (fill-in, short essay, etc.).
Teachers can choose to make tests available for repeated or single attempts, and can control whether scores and correct answers are released to students when they finish.
Teachers can create an account by following these directions. You will need to see one of the Keystone Integrators or Kristin Hokanson to get the activation code to make your account permanent.
Quia is an online tool that allows teachers to create a wide array of quizzes, review activities, and surveys .
